Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor while supporting store operations and visual standards. Act as an entry level role with growth potential into leadership by delivering on sales objectives and upholding brand policies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and adherence to brand standards.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide product knowledge and styling guidance.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and other initiatives.
- Maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house including opening and closing tasks.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed.
- Ability to operate a register and handle cash wrap responsibilities.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
