Summary

Part time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand through personalized styling and clienteling. Role focuses on building customer relationships, supporting sales goals, and maintaining store standards while using digital tools to enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations
• Drive sales by supporting monthly and quarterly sales plans
• Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and support clienteling
• Coach and guide other Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold brand guidelines
• Participate in store initiatives community outreach and team training
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience
• Support recruiting efforts by engaging in networking and sourcing talent

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales or high volume specialty environment preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to stand walk and operate register for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Flexibility to work day evening and weekend shifts
• Experience using digital sales tools preferred
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
