Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, inspiring service and help customers find products that meet their needs. They contribute to store sales goals while maintaining Ralph Lauren standards and creating an inclusive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support customers with styling, product information, and fitting room needs.
• Work toward individual performance goals and contribute to team sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
