Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service aligned to brand expectations.

• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
• Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers.
