The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized customer service and an inspiring shopping experience. The role supports sales goals, represents the brand, and contributes to a welcoming and inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and styling guidance, including assistance in fitting rooms.
• Support individual and store sales goals, customer connections, and data capture.
• Maintain store standards across the sales floor and back of house, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
• Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues while sharing product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
