Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor and in fitting rooms while supporting store standards and sales objectives. Act as an entry level brand representative focused on delivering the Ralph Lauren customer experience and supporting team performance. Perform operational tasks, participate in training, and contribute to a cohesive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs including sales per hour and data capture.
- Support sales plans by collaborating with the team and upholding brand policies and procedures.
- Engage customers with the Polo Connect program and educate them on company offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
- Maintain store visual standards and complete opening and closing responsibilities.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in trainings on product, process, compliance, and talent development.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and maneuver around the sales floor and back of house.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing.
- Ability to operate a register and complete POS transactions.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends and potential travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers.
