Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive brand engagement and sales. Act as an entry level role with opportunities for leadership development while maintaining store standards and delivering a high quality shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of store sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide styling guidance.
- Maintain store visual standards and complete opening and closing responsibilities.
- Support operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in required company trainings and talent development.
- Provide product and category feedback to management.
- Foster a professional inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective verbal communication with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stock areas.
- Flexibility to work days evenings weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
- Willingness to complete company required trainings.
