Summary

Provides personalized customer service and an inspiring shopping experience while supporting sales objectives and store standards. Shares knowledge of fashion, styling, products, and customer programs while contributing to an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer engagement goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation and replenishment.
• Support store operations, opening and closing duties, training, and company initiatives.
• Share customer and product feedback with management and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
