Full Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring in-store shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Champion of brand values who supports store initiatives, engages clients through outreach and alternative shopping technologies, and contributes to team training and store execution. Role serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
• Support execution of company and store initiatives
• Participate in team training to achieve business results
• Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives
• Deliver consistent brand aligned customer experiences
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly Click to Zoom JRNI and Ship to Home
• Broaden product discovery via QR codes digital catalogs and virtual stores
• Maintain store standards and productivity through effective store execution
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs

Requirements

• Retail or similar high volume specialty experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register stand walk and move for multiple hours
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and work around chemicals
• Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Planning prioritization and time management skills
