Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, driving sales, and supporting store initiatives while representing brand expectations. This role focuses on customer engagement, teamwork, and developing skills for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support company and store initiatives and execute business results
• Participate in team training and utilize new sales technologies
• Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and digital tools
• Maintain sales floor standards and ensure store presentation is met

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate a register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
