Summary

The Part-Time Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and supports sales goals in a retail setting. This customer-focused role promotes the Ralph Lauren brand, builds client relationships, and contributes to a collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while prioritizing customer needs.
• Deliver an experience aligned with brand expectations and support store initiatives and training.
• Build customer relationships and strengthen connectivity through alternative purchasing options and digital product discovery tools.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, communicate feedback and category opportunities to management, and support a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver throughout the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts as business needs require.
