Summary

Provides a personalized, customer-first shopping experience while supporting sales goals and store standards. Shares knowledge of fashion and styling, connects customers with available programs, and contributes to an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets.
• Support customers with styling, fitting room assistance, sizing, and information about store programs and offerings.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, complete opening and closing duties, and support replenishment and floor sets.
• Uphold visual standards, participate in training, and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
