Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales by keeping customers at the center of decisions.

• Maintain sales floor and store standards while supporting a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and stand, move, and walk for extended periods; lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
