Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor, supporting sales objectives and delivering a best in class retail experience. Act as an entry point for future leadership by demonstrating product knowledge, styling passion, and teamwork while maintaining store standards and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans through collaboration.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms including sizing and maintaining standards.
- Maintain store standards, policies, and complete opening and closing duties.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Participation in required company trainings and adherence to policies.
