Brand Ambassador

Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that meets brand expectations and drives sales. Acts as a customer-first representative, supports store initiatives, participates in team training, and helps broaden customer access to products through digital tools and alternative purchasing methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
• Support execution of company and store initiatives
• Participate in team training to achieve business results
• Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on opportunities and successes
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly and Ship to Home
• Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and be on feet for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive customer and coworker relationships
• Planning and time management skills
