Summary
Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store initiatives and driving sales performance. Acts as a customer-focused representative of the brand and contributes to team training and community engagement. Supports new technology and alternative purchasing processes to enhance customer accessibility and product discovery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives
- Champion brand values and provide consistent customer experiences
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Maintain productivity standards and uphold company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and mobile for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
- Proven track record building and maintaining positive customer and coworker relationships
- Planning and prioritization and time management skills
