Summary
Part-Time Brand Ambassador who delivers personalized and inspiring customer experiences while supporting store vision and driving sales. Acts as an entry point for future leadership, promotes inclusivity, and leverages technology and alternative shopping methods to connect customers with product.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused activity
- Support and execute company initiatives and training to achieve business results
- Utilize technology and alternative purchase channels such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Represent and deliver consistent brand experience aligned to company expectations
- Engage in networking and begin building a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
Requirements
- Retail or related industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, move, walk for extended periods and operate a register
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
