Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with styling and product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support store operations including opening and closing tasks, replenishment, and floor sets.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
- Utilize Polo Connect program to engage customers and drive performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards using company guidelines.
- Participate in required company trainings and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a cohesive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume environment.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and be on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Willingness to complete company required trainings and comply with policies.
