Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service across all touchpoints.
- Meet or exceed individual KPI such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and adherence to policies.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide sizing guidance.
- Maintain store visual standards and execute floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and BOH tasks.
- Participate in company trainings and promote company initiatives.
- Provide product feedback and collaborate with management on opportunities.
- Support a cohesive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume customer service experience preferred.
- Effective verbal communication with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and operate the register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor stock and dressing rooms.
- Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Willingness to complete required company trainings and comply with store policies.
