Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while contributing to store sales goals. This customer-focused role supports sales floor and operational standards and collaborates with the team to deliver the Ralph Lauren brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and key performance indicators while contributing to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
• Support store operations, participate in training, and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.
• Build positive customer and team relationships and contribute to an inclusive, professional work environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, managers, and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
