The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and contributes to sales objectives in a retail store. This role supports customers with fashion and styling, product knowledge, and an inclusive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet individual sales performance goals.
• Assist customers with styling, product information, and fitting room needs.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, store operations, and team initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
