Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on customer service and driving sales. This entry level retail role supports store initiatives, uses multiple shopping tools, and helps build client relationships while representing brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and proactively focus on the customer in all decisions
• Support company and store initiatives and represent RL brand expectations
• Participate in team training and utilize new technology to achieve results
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly Click to Zoom JRNI and Ship to Home
• Broaden product discovery using QR codes digital catalogs and virtual stores
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar high volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Capability to operate register stand walk and move for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor stock dressing room and office
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
