Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations, supports store initiatives, and promotes the brand. This role focuses on customer engagement, sales performance, and participation in team training and community outreach. The Brand Ambassador upholds store standards and contributes to a collaborative customer-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through creative outreach and alternative purchasing processes like Click to Zoom and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs and virtual stores
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage in networking and talent sourcing within the store and community
- Operate register and maintain productivity standards across the sales floor
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high volume or specialty environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate register
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Planning and time management skills
