Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and uphold store standards
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through creative outreach and alternative purchasing processes
- Champion core brand values and deliver consistent customer experiences
- Support digital tools for product discovery and purchase such as QR codes and digital catalogs
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Maintain exceptional productivity and store execution
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Physical ability to stand, walk, maneuver the sales floor, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to operate register and perform cashier duties
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel
- Proven track record building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Planning, prioritization, and time management skills
