Summary

Full Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role supports store initiatives, participates in team training, engages clients and community outreach, and models brand values while driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
• Support execution of company and store initiatives
• Participate in team training to achieve business results
• Engage clients through creative outreach and networking
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Uphold all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate a register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Planning and prioritization time management skills
