Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in a retail store. This role contributes to a welcoming team environment while maintaining brand and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, styling, sizing, and fitting-room needs.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans by using available tools and resources.
• Maintain sales-floor, fitting-room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
• Participate in training and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend schedules, with possible overnight shifts or travel.
