Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring shopping experiences, supporting store objectives and customer engagement while learning retail operations and technology. This role focuses on driving sales, building client relationships, and representing brand values within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals through customer-focused interactions
• Support company and store initiatives and vision
• Participate in team training and adopt new technologies
• Engage in networking to build clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and perform physical tasks including standing and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers
