Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized product and styling guidance.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and educate them about available programs and offerings.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards while supporting replenishment and store operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
