Summary

Part-time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized and inspiring customer experiences while supporting store and company initiatives. The role drives daily sales goals, participates in team training, and helps build clientele through in-store engagement and alternative shopping methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide personalized service that aligns with brand expectations
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Use technology and alternative shopping channels such as Click to Zoom and Ship to Home
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk and operate the register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
