The Part-Time Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring shopping experiences while supporting store sales goals and company initiatives. This customer-focused role builds customer connections and contributes to a collaborative, inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by placing the customer at the center of decisions and working toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Represent brand and customer experience standards while supporting company initiatives and team training.
• Use digital tools and alternative purchasing options to support product discovery and customer access.
• Build client relationships, share customer and category feedback with management, and maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Be able to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
