Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve sales goals by prioritizing customer needs.
• Support company initiatives, participate in team training, and use technology and alternative shopping options to serve customers.
• Represent brand expectations, build clientele, and provide feedback to management on opportunities and customer needs.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards while fostering a collaborative customer-focused environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel.
