Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and puts the customer first. This role supports sales goals, represents the brand, and contributes to an inclusive and collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, meet individual performance goals, and contribute to store sales plans.
• Share product and styling knowledge, help customers in fitting rooms, and connect them with available programs and resources.
• Maintain store standards across the sales floor and back of house, including visual presentation, replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Complete required training, share product feedback with management, and collaborate with colleagues to support a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts; overnight shifts or travel may occasionally be required.
