Part Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store operations at a retail location. Role involves greeting customers, processing transactions accurately, maintaining the cashwrap area, and representing the brand with product knowledge and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Create exceptional customer experiences with warm greetings and professional interactions
- Answer phones and handle customer inquiries
- Engage in cross-selling and upselling to enhance sales
- Process sales transactions including cash, credit, debit, and checks
- Validate and inspect returns and manage coupon and promotional redemptions
- Execute Ship to Home orders and maintain customer profiles in the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of cash wrap and surrounding areas and support visual merchandising
- Support talent sourcing and provide feedback to management on product opportunities
- Complete required trainings and uphold company standards
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
- Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining customer service priority
