The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and excellent customer service. This customer-focused role supports sales goals, represents the brand, and helps maintain high store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive customer service and meet individual sales objectives and key performance indicators.
• Assist customers with styling, product information, fitting rooms, and available programs.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing duties.
• Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues to support an inclusive, positive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
