Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales objectives and store standards. This role contributes to an inclusive team environment and demonstrates passion for fashion and styling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve individual sales and customer engagement goals.
• Educate customers about products, programs, and available offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing tasks, and visual standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
