Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service in a retail environment, supporting sales objectives and delivering an exceptional shopping experience while representing the brand. Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain standards, drive performance, and support operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and adherence to brand standards.
- Connect customers using the customer engagement program.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation.
- Maintain store standards, complete opening and closing responsibilities.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and development.
- Provide product feedback and support a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform stockroom duties.
- Ability to operate a register and use sales systems.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
