Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly and annual sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on products and initiatives.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties and support back of house operations.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in company training and provide product and category feedback to management.
- Foster a professional, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing.
- Ability to operate register and assist with stock and dressing room duties.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
