Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
- Drive sales and support achievement of monthly and annual sales plans.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and support clienteling.
- Coach and provide guidance to fellow Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer centric behaviors.
- Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines.
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and company standards.
- Support talent sourcing by engaging in networking and recruiting activities.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and stand and move for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Willingness to support store and company initiatives and training.
