Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor while supporting store operations and brand standards. Act as the primary customer contact to drive sales and deliver a high quality shopping experience while developing skills for future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Engage customers with loyalty programs and educate them on available offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Perform opening and closing tasks and support back of house operations.
- Execute floor sets, replenishment, and other merchandising tasks.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and perform physical store tasks.
- Capability to operate a register and perform point of sale activities.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
