Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive sales and brand loyalty. Support store operations, maintain visual and store standards, and contribute to a positive team environment. Actively engage customers, educate them on programs and offerings, and help achieve individual and store performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
- Contribute to achieving sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in trainings for product, process, and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
- Maintain store visual standards following company guidelines.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Capable of standing, walking, and maneuvering on the sales floor for multiple hours.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing.
- Ability to operate the register and perform back of house tasks.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
