Summary
Part-time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store operations and driving sales performance. This role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and contributing to team goals within a high-volume retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans through collaboration and adherence to brand policies.
- Engage customers using store programs and educate them on products and initiatives.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and BOH.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and participate in company trainings.
- Provide product feedback to management and maintain visual standards.
- Foster a professional and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back of house.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Willingness to complete required company trainings and follow policies.
