Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting rooms, and available programs.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Operate a register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours; lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
