The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting sales objectives and delivering excellent customer service. This customer-focused role contributes to store standards, team success, and an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized product and styling support.
• Meet or exceed individual performance objectives and contribute to sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards across the sales floor and back of house.
• Support operational activities, replenishment, floor sets, and visual standards.
• Participate in training, share product feedback, and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
