Summary
Brand Ambassador focused on delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store operations and sales objectives. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly and annual sales plans and collaborate with the team to uphold brand policies.
- Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing tasks.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on programs and offerings.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, compliance, and talent development.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
- Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing and stocking.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
