Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience with a customer first mindset. This entry level retail role supports sales objectives, store standards, and customer engagement while representing the brand and promoting programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to achieving sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Connect customers to loyalty and engagement programs.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house processes.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, move and operate the register for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stock areas.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn product knowledge, styling and brand programs.
