The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store sales and company initiatives. This customer-focused role builds client connections and contributes to an inclusive, collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and profit performance by using available tools and resources to drive selling.
• Deliver an engaging customer experience aligned with brand expectations and participate in client initiatives and community outreach.
• Support team training, company initiatives, and alternative purchasing and digital product discovery options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, follow company policies, and share feedback on opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
