Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized and inspiring customer experiences on the sales floor, supporting store initiatives, and driving sales through clienteling and product discovery. This role supports a collaborative environment, uses company technology to broaden purchasing options, and serves as an entry point to future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals through proactive customer engagement and business focus
• Provide a consistent experience aligned to brand expectations
• Participate in team training and support company initiatives
• Utilize tools and technology to support alternative purchasing processes
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and operate register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
• Capacity to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
