Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience with a customer first mindset while supporting store operations and sales goals. This entry level retail role contributes to team performance through styling knowledge, product education, and adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual KPI such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and brand standards.
- Engage customers using the Polo Connect program and educate on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and uphold policies and procedures.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for multiple hours and operate a register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver throughout sales floor and back of house.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Capability to follow visual merchandising and store standards.
- Team oriented with ability to build positive working relationships.
