Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring shopping experiences, support store initiatives, and help drive sales while representing the brand values. This role focuses on customer engagement, teamwork, and developing skills for potential leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and work to achieve weekly and monthly goals
• Engage customers to deliver a consistent brand-aligned experience
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize omnichannel tools and technology to support sales and alternative purchasing
• Build and begin to maintain a clientele through networking
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Must be able to stand, walk, and operate register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team
