Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provides personalized, inspiring customer service and helps deliver an excellent shopping experience. Supports sales goals while demonstrating knowledge of fashion, styling, and Ralph Lauren products.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Assist customers with product selection, styling, fitting room needs, and available programs.
• Maintain store standards across the sales floor and back of house, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
